This video is about using a foam roll to stretch your hamstring. One of the most common reasons for Back Pain is tight hamstring. We talk about how and why this causes Back Pain.
This is an easy and fun Stretch that can be done every single day. The muscles of the body are surrounded by fascia. The foam roll helps the blood flow to the fascia.
The foal roll is also very good for stretching muscles and increasing flexibility. This Stretch is fun and should be done everyday.
Remember to drink water throughout the day. When you are well hydrated the fluids flow better in your body. Our goal is to get the blood to flow in and around the fascia.
